Last Saturday, I filmed a workshop for a friend. I wanted to see how easy it would be to mix the LX100 and the GH4 together. Both cameras were set in Natural Color Profile with Contrast -3, Sharpness -5 and Noise Reduction -2. The post-process was kept to a minimum: a bit of sharpness and crushed blacks.
I used the LX100 for the slider shots and the GH4 on a tripod with the Olympus 75mm f/1.8.
I didn't do anything special with the LX100 clips. I could not see any big difference between the footage. I shot handheld to test the stabilization of the LX100 and if I am not moving, the result is quite good. I will post some handheld footage soon in another post. The testing process is undergoing but for the moment, I love that little camera.
That was a newborn workshop given by my friend Chantal Thollet from Zoom Studio. She is great with the babies and a really good teacher. Head over her website or Facebook to see her work.
Here are some photos of the workshop and the babies.
